Delivery Policy
Your order will be despatched by post one month after receipt of online order and payment. If you are requiring your photos posted back to you, please remember to add the postage charge to your order total.
Returned merchandise and refund policy
Original prints from your order will be required to be returned to us for Professional independent evaluation (Australian Institute of Professional Photographers). Aesthetic reasons will not be considered.
Freight to us and return will be at your expense.
Payment:
Full payment for order is required at time of placing your order please. Payment by credit card, cheque, money order.
If paying by credit card: - Visa, or mastercard service available only.
Postage/Wrapping:
Depending on the event photographed, postage options may include:
- Normal Post
- Overseas Postage (Registered)
- Registered Mail
Please note that we are not liable for any parcel lost by Australia Post, we therefore recommend registered mail.
Order form:
- Order online with credit card payment
- Order online with cheque or money order
Orders cannot be commenced until full payment has been received.
Add postage to your order if you require your order to be dispatched back via the post.
Photographic fee paid:
The fee paid covers the production/website viewing and ordering, and the photographers time at the ceremony. The fee is not a deposit on your order.
* Copyright has been assigned to our Studio as per your form completed prior to being photographed. Any form of copying of the images is illegal under the Copyright Act 1968 (Section 361).
* Images are for expression and pose evaluation only, and are NOT a colour/density corrected or cropped to format image to final print quality.
